The right stock.
The right context.

A quantity tells you how much is there. Availability, reserved stock and replenishment risk tell you what can happen next.

  • Match goods to the right SKU and variant
  • See available and reserved quantities
  • Watch low-stock and out-of-stock signals
  • Keep purchase orders close to inventory planning

A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Questions before you begin.

Still have a specific question? Ask the team

How should I prepare stock for receiving?

Confirm the inbound location with the team. Prepare a SKU list, carton quantities, product variants and any handling requirements before goods leave the supplier.

What inventory information is available in the system?

The inventory workspace separates available quantities, reserved stock and low-stock or out-of-stock risk. It also links inventory planning to purchase orders.

Can I see procurement alongside fulfillment?

Yes. Purchase orders and platform orders have their own areas in the member workspace, so replenishment and customer-order work can be reviewed separately.

Can packing instructions vary by product?

Discuss the required packaging, insert, labels and variant rules before the first order. Keep those instructions attached to the product brief and confirm any special work with the team.

Are storage and handling fees fixed?

Receiving, storage, handling and packing terms depend on your products, volume and agreed service. Ask the team to confirm the costs that apply to your inventory.
