A LITTLE MORE CLARITY

Questions before you begin.

Still have a specific question? Ask the team

Where can I put packaging and logo requirements?

The actual sourcing request form has separate packaging and brand/logo fields. Use them to start the brief, and attach the product specifications and references needed to understand it.

Are all custom materials automatically available?

Availability, quantities, print options and lead times depend on the packaging. Confirm the options and quotation with the team before making a production commitment.

How do I choose between a box and a mailer?

Begin with product protection, dimensions and fragility. Then compare packed weight, volume and appearance. A smaller pack can be helpful, but protection comes first.

Can I change a packing instruction later?

Discuss the change, the remaining materials and the first order that should use the new instruction. Confirm the handoff so old and new rules are not mixed.
